The Coffee Ethic can now go to your place! We are taking our famous espresso-based drinks and Single-Origin, Direct Trade
coffees to the streets. Are you planning an event and want to make it extra special? Why not bring The Coffee Ethic to your event, making it a great experience for your guests?
Who we are: The Coffee Ethic has been serving downtown Springfield since 2007. Our focus is on specially coffee and espresso-based drinks. But we are more than selling a product we provide a “third place.” A place people can go out side of home and work to find a place that is safe, rich, colorful and interesting. We pride ourselves on excellent service and product. We use only the best espresso blend and Direct Trade coffees created and roasted by PT’s Coffee Roasters, (2009 Roaster of the Year). We provide skilled baristas and excellent equipment to provide you with the highest quality service at your event.
What events? Weddings–Bar/Bat Mitzvahs–Family Reunions–Anniversaries–Birthdays –Art Gallery Shows–Cocktail Parties–Office Parties–Corporate Meeting–Trade Shows--Open Houses–Grand Openings–Corporate Parties and Meetings—Retirement Parties—Church Events—Banquets–Schools… any event that demands quality and uniqueness while having fun all at the same time.
We do it all! We will set up and tear down (All we need is a 10’ x 10’ space and access to a 110v outlet). Our highly skilled baristas will hand craft all your drinks. We even provide every event with our eco-container biodegradable and compostable paper cups. Make this a green event as well!

Espresso Based Drinks: Made in the Traditional Italian Ratios.
Syrups favors: Mocha, Vanilla, Sugar Free Vanilla, Hazelnut, Caramel
Non-Coffee Based Drinks: Hot Chocolate, Steamers, Chai and Teas
Coffee Pour-Over station: We can also provide PT’s award winning Direct Trade, Single-Origin coffees at your events. We bring a selection of unique, Single-Origin coffees and prepare each cup individually, made-to-order, on our pour-over bar for you and your guests. It’s a great way to impress even the most discriminating of gatherings!
