The Coffee Ethic Menu
Single Origin Coffees:
12 oz size. Coffees are priced individually.
We offer a selection of four Single-Origin coffees from PT’s Coffee Roasters. Each is prepared by the cup, made to order, on our Clover Brewer. Coffees in our Single-Origin line-up are selected for their unique flavors, their representation of particular growing regions and their seasonal availability.
Espresso Drinks:
The Coffee Ethic focuses on traditional coffee drinks and sizes.
- Espresso: Doppio, or double-shot of Espresso ($1.85)
- Macchiato: Espresso marked with milk in a 3 oz demitasse cup ($2.20)
- Cappuccino: Traditional 5-6 oz drink with 1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk & 1/3 foam ($2.80)
- Latte: Traditonal sizes of 8 oz ($2.80) and 12 oz ($3.35) drinks with one or two shots of espresso & steamed milk.
- Mocha: Traditonal sizes of 8 oz ($3.15) and 12 oz ($3.70) drinks with one or two shots of espresso, chocolate & steamed milk.
- Americano: One or two shots of Espresso and hot water in 8 oz ($1.95) or 12 oz ($2.10) sizes.
House Blend/Drip Coffee
- $1.50 for a small to go (12oz)
- $1.85 for a large (16oz) to go
- $1.75 for a to stay mug w/ one refill.
- Third refill is .50 cents.
