New Teas. And they’re Iced!

We’ve added 3 brewed, iced teas to our drink line-up. Each selected specifically for it’s refreshmentability and flavorocity.

King Crimson – caffeine-free herbal blend – seamlessly blends tart with sweet to create succulent, fruity refreshment. Dried cranberries, elderberries, and black currant provide a dazzling scarlet hue and luscious berry flavor notes.

Moroccan Mint – blend of Chinese green tea, cured mint leaves and a touch of natural lemon flavor is smooth, nutty, and rounded with invigorating citrus and an undeniably soothing, ethereal presence.

The Classic – a malty, Indian black tea accentuated with just a touch of bergamot oil, an essential oil extracted from a Sicilian citrus fruit with a delicate, flowery, lemon flavor. This brisk blend is a summer delight and the epitome of iced tea: full of character, sweet, crisp, and refreshing.

Sound fairly great, don’t they? It’s like air-conditioning for your insides.

• Espresso: two shots of Espresso $1.98
• Macchiato :  two shots of Espresso marked by milk $2.10
• Cappuccino  : Traditional 6 oz drink with 1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk and 1/3 form   $2.45
• Latte:  Traditonal sizes of 8 ($2.75) and 12 oz ($3.25)  drinks with one or two shots of espress and steamed milk.
• Moca: Traditonal sizes of 8 ($3.10)and 12 oz ($3.65) drinks with one or two shots of espress and steamed milk with a shot of chocolate.
• Americano:  One or two shots of espresso for $1.75 (8oz) or $2.10

House Blend Coffee

• House/Drip Coffee    $1.55 for a small to go (12oz) $1.75 for a large (16oz) to go or $175 for a to stay mug with one free refil.  Third refill is .50 cents.

Two guys with the same passion and ideas believe in an alternative way of doing business. We have created The Coffee Ethic, a for-profit for-good enterprise, based on our belief that business solutions can be used for personal, communal and social transformation. The Coffee Ethic coffee bar is on the square in downtown Springfield, MO. Our focus is on single-origin coffee and espresso-based drinks with a limited food offering. We sell premium products and we foster community and personal connections by providing a "Third Place". A place where people can go, aside from work and home, that is safe, rich, colorful, and stimulating.
