Our 2nd Anniversary!

December 7th is not only Pearl Harbor Day, it is also our Anniversary (or Birthday). Yes, that’s right, we’ve been here for 2 years. Come celebrate with us all week. We’ll have limited edition couture/schwag available, drink specials, and special drinks. Offerings will change everyday so check often and see what’s happening.

We would also be remiss if we failed to thank all the people who have meant so much to us in the first two years. To our friends, families, patrons, downtown neighbors, and all others who have contributed to make this place what it is; a heart felt and sincere Thank You! You all are incredible!

    Hey, I’ll see if I can make it to the third anniversary. :)
    I went to The Coffee Ethic for the first time a few weeks ago, when I visited mother dearest in Springfield. We live directly up the street, and I fully intend on going here every time I’m in the area.
    The baristas were super friendly, and the atmosphere was fantastic.
    The coffee was also fantastic.
    Just…fantastic.
